Work Experience

Dr Christoph Erling has more than 6 years' experience as head of the clinic and extensive knowledge of conservative and surgical treatment concepts in hand surgery. Analysing specific problems based on the patient's history, clinical examination and other detailed investigations requires in-depth theoretical and practical skills. Fascinated by hand surgery, he is particularly interested in endoscopic and arthroscopic surgical techniques, namely upper extremity nerve neurolysis, synovial cyst removal and wrist ligament refixation (e.g. TFCC), as well as partial wrist fusion (arthrodesis) (3-corner-Fusion). In December 2019, he opens a hand surgery consultation in Fribourg.
